Article 4: Method of Settlement

1. Party A shall pay the laundry fee to Party B in cash on the day of each month.

Article 5: Matters related to both parties

1. This agreement shall have legal effect once it is signed and comes into effect, and neither Party A nor Party B shall change or dissolve this agreement at will. When it is necessary to change or cancel, both parties must reach a new written agreement through consultation.

2. When both parties expire, Party A and Party B can negotiate whether to renew the contract on an equal footing. If both parties agree to renew the contract, they will sign the agreement again. 3. If Party A breaches the contract, it shall explain the reasons and compensate Party B for half of the linen cleaning fee last month.
