Provisions on the Administration of Civil Servant Travel Reimbursement 2020
The criteria are as follows:

1, travel accommodation standard:

The Notice on the List of Accommodation Standards for Staff of Central and State Organs Traveling to Local Areas issued by the Ministry of Finance stipulates that the daily accommodation standard for ministerial officials traveling to Beijing is 1 100 yuan, and officials at bureau level are within 650 yuan and others are within 500 yuan. Ministerial officials go to Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Dalian, Jilin and other places, and the daily limit of accommodation is mostly 800 yuan.

2. Transportation costs

The Measures for the Administration of Travel Expenses of Central and State Organs, which came into effect on 20 14, clearly stipulated the transportation expenses between cities and within cities.

When traveling by plane, provincial and ministerial cadres can only travel first class, and bureau-level cadres can only travel economy class. The situation by train is a little more complicated. Cadres below the county level can only take hard seats, hard sleepers and second-class seats on high-speed trains. What needs to be reminded is that if you "exceed the standard" by means of transportation, such as county-level cadres flying first class, then the difference needs to be made up by yourself.

When you are on a business trip, you have to take a taxi or bus. In this regard, there is no difference in the standards of cadres at different levels, all of which are 80 yuan a day. This cost is worth noting. For example, in Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities, the cost of a one-way taxi may exceed that of 80 yuan, so you should make a good calculation before going out.

3. Official vehicles

The Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Reform of the Official Car System issued by 20 14 stipulates that general official cars should be cancelled and official transportation subsidies should be appropriately distributed.

According to the provisions of the vehicle subsidy standards of the central and state organs, the bureau-level subsidy is 1.300 yuan per person per month, the department-level subsidy is 800 yuan per person per month, and the department-level subsidy is 500 yuan per person per month. The standard of local allowance shall not be higher than 1.30% of the above standard, and the standard of ethnic border areas and other remote areas shall not be higher than 1.50%.
