2, to participate in the delegation from the central or provincial, please provide the original notice of mission issued by the central or provincial units with approval authority. Please provide a letter of consent for the pre-trial group of the Foreign Affairs Office of the province to participate in the visit of the same system unit in the province.
3. If going to Hong Kong and Macao for technical training is a project training, please attach a project training contract. For other training, please provide a letter of consent for the visit of the provincial talent introduction office, and attach the academic diploma, job offer and personal and unit identification of the visitor.

5. For the newly-established personnel, please fill in a copy of the Political Examination Form for Personnel Going Abroad (Habitat), and the leaders of the unit will add their opinions, sign and affix their official seals. For the deputy division-level leaders of government agencies and units, the chief, deputy secretary and mayor of townships and towns, and the chief and deputy governors of banks, please add the opinions of the organization department in the column of "examination opinions of competent departments". This form is sent by our bureau to the Personnel Bureau for political examination, which is valid for three years. After the political examination expires, it is necessary to fill in the Political Examination Form for Personnel Going Abroad.
6. For new employees, please provide the original and duplicate ID cards (copied on A4 paper), and for continuing employees, please provide the duplicate ID cards (copied on A4 paper).
7. For those who have worked in our city for a long time but have not moved to our city, please provide a temporary residence permit that has lived in our city for one year or more or a temporary residence certificate and valid temporary residence permit issued by the Public Security Bureau; The labor contract and letter of appointment certified by the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau and their copies in duplicate, and a copy of the social security card or social security certificate.
8. Newly-established or replacement personnel should provide three recent glossy, bareheaded, one-inch light blue background photos with clear heads, with a size of 40×32mm, a head width of 2 1 to 24 mm and a head length of 28 to 33 mm.. One-time snapshots, remake photos or photos printed by various ordinary color printers cannot be used to make passes. The name is indicated in pencil on the back of the photo.
9. When applying for multiple round-trip passes to Hong Kong and Macao, enterprise personnel should provide the enterprise income tax certificate or tax bill issued by the tax authorities (the tax payment in the previous year must be more than 200,000 yuan), or the export foreign exchange earning certificate or settlement bill issued by the foreign exchange administration department in the previous year (the foreign exchange earning amount must be more than one million dollars), and a valid copy of the "enterprise business license" must be provided at the same time.
10. For the resident personnel of Hong Kong and Macao enterprises, please provide the approval of the resident personnel of enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao of the general office of the provincial government, the approval of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, the approval of the organization department of Zhongshan Municipal Committee, and the employment letter and invitation letter of Hong Kong and Macao enterprises. 13. Under normal circumstances, each stay in Hong Kong shall not exceed 5 days, and the stay in Macao shall not exceed 2 days. If the stay exceeds the time limit, an invitation letter or a letter of attachment shall be provided.
Third, the submission requirements
The submitted materials shall be sent to the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs by the special staff of each unit, and cannot be sent through the intermediary department.
Iv. certificate management
Holders of travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions shall, after completing the mission of visiting, submit the documents to the organization and personnel department of each unit for safekeeping. After the documents expire, they shall be returned to the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau's overseas (border) management section and handed over to the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office for cancellation. No individual or unit may destroy the documents without permission.
