If you have been treated in other medical institutions and have proof of referral, you must wait for reimbursement of all treatment invoices, hospital diagnosis certificate, hospitalization certificate, ID card, social security card, medication list and medical records before1February 3 1 every year.

After cash payment, bring your ID card, medical card and residence booklet to the local medical insurance management unit for reimbursement. The part of the medical expenses of the insured that should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.
The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
Article 28
Medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency and rescue shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
