Recently, the State Council issued the Decision on Cancelling and Adjusting a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items, canceling and delegating 45 administrative examination and approval items again, canceling 1 1 professional qualification licensing and identification items for registered tax agents and real estate agents, and changing 3 1 pre-approval items for industrial and commercial registration into post-approval items.

The professional qualification of professional and technical personnel that was cancelled this time involves many professional fields such as international business, quality, taxation, asset evaluation, land registration, mining right evaluation and brand management. At the same time, the State Council decided to cancel all kinds of professional qualifications set by various regions. The specific cancellation categories are as follows:

1, real estate agent;

2. Certified tax accountant;

3, quality professional and technical personnel;

4. Land registration agent;

5. Mining right appraiser;

6. International business professionals;

7. Certified Asset Appraiser;

8. Corporate legal adviser;

9. Project manager of construction enterprises;

10, water conservancy project quality and safety supervisor;

1 1, brand manager.

It can be seen that the licensing and identification of professional qualifications of certified tax agents have been cancelled.

The cancellation mentioned in this document only cancels the qualifications of certified tax agents and certified asset appraisers for the entrance qualification examination and adjusts them to the level test examination. This is one of the contents decided by the 50th executive meeting of the State Council on June 4th. This document does not cancel the examination of certified tax accountant or certified asset appraiser, nor does it cancel the qualification of certified tax accountant and asset appraisal.
