1. Check whether the local network is connected to the external network.

2. Enter the billing system and click System Settings-Parameter Settings-Upload Settings to check whether the address of the security intervention server is entered correctly, and click the "Test" button.

3. if successful, you need to click "invoice management->; Invoice maintenance ",if prompted, click" keep all ",and then exit the invoicing system. At this time, the system will automatically upload the invoice, then enter the billing system, and enter "Invoice Query" after a few minutes to see if the invoice has been submitted. When the status changes to "Submitted", it means that the invoice has been uploaded successfully.

4. Excluding the above three points, if the problem is still not solved, users are advised to try again after a few hours, sometimes problems will occur when the server of the tax bureau is busy.
