(2) Other workers per person per month 180 yuan. The whole year is calculated in June, July, August and September. The heatstroke prevention and cooling fee is included in the enterprise cost;
(3) Employees who are on-the-job and provide normal labor are included in the scope of payment. If the employee is not in normal attendance, the enterprise can convert and pay according to his actual attendance days.
2, all kinds of enterprises should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of heatstroke prevention and cooling, in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, establish and improve the heatstroke prevention and cooling system, implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, adjust working hours, reduce labor intensity, and ensure production safety and employee health in summer;
3. All kinds of enterprises shall formulate rules and regulations according to law through collective consultation. , clear the unit each post heatstroke prevention and cooling fee payment standard;
4. Human resources and social security departments at all levels should strengthen supervision and inspection of enterprises' compliance with labor security laws and regulations, guide and urge enterprises to formulate and implement various heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
5. It shall come into force on June 1 day, 20265438. The notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Department of Finance, the State Administration of Work Safety, the State Administration of Taxation and the Local Taxation Bureau on adjusting the heatstroke prevention and cooling expenses of enterprise employees shall be abolished at the same time.

The employing unit shall establish and improve the heatstroke prevention and cooling system, take effective measures to strengthen the labor protection of high-temperature operations and high-temperature weather operations, and ensure the health and life safety of workers.
The main person in charge of the employer is fully responsible for the heatstroke prevention and cooling work of the unit.
