I arrived in Taiwan on September 30, 2011, and went to Master Liang’s Zen room to attend the apprenticeship ceremony, becoming Master Liang’s second disciple in Mainland China.

On August 14, 2012, Master Liang was invited to travel to Benxi, Liaoning Province. Master Liang taught the couple face-to-face and benefited a lot. Mr. Guo Wei has been studying numerology and Feng Shui for nearly 20 years. In 2012, he made a special trip to Taiwan to seek help from Master Liang in person. In April 2013, he invited Master Liang to Beijing for a visit and performed an apprenticeship ceremony at the same time. He became Master Liang’s last disciple in the Mainland.

The following is Mr. Guo Wei’s autobiography

Guo Wei was born in Beijing in 1971. In 1996, he began to study numerology and Feng Shui. The enlightening teacher is Mr. Yang Yongmao, who has profound knowledge in the five elements.

Before I met Master Liang, I often exchanged letters and asked questions thousands of miles away. Master Liang's works are often hard to find. Master Liang’s out-of-print books were selflessly provided by Master Liang’s wife for us to study. Master Liang and his wife were touring Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and my wife asked me to meet them. I was flattered and went immediately. It was almost evening when we arrived. Master Liang worked tirelessly to answer my questions until late at night. The same goes for breakfast the next day. Master Liang’s tireless teaching moved me deeply.

When I was studying in Taiwan, Master Liang worked tirelessly to teach me about literature, often forgetting to eat or sleep. I am very grateful. He personally awarded the certificate and jokingly said: "My certificate was awarded to me by the Minister of the Interior of Taiwan. I will issue the certificate to you today. You are already a practitioner recognized by Taiwan." I never thought that a century-old teacher could be so funny and humorous.

When I invited Master Liang and his wife to come to Beijing, I was afraid that they would not be well received in terms of daily life. He was always smiling and affable. During our trip to Beijing, we visited many places. At Prince Gong's Mansion, Master Liang carefully explained to me the method of crossing the palace and house, which improved my understanding of Feng Shui to an unprecedented level; at the Temple of Heaven, Master Liang explained to me the essence of the astronomical calendar; while visiting places such as the Summer Palace and Beihai Park, Liang The teacher taught me the relevant knowledge of garden Feng Shui. Traveling in the morning every day is actually practice, and teaching in the afternoon is to consolidate theory. Theory and practice complement each other. Master Liang’s good intentions have benefited me a lot.

I chose an auspicious day and an auspicious time. Witnessed by Mr. Cai Kun, the president of the Hong Kong Buddhist Association, and my friends, I officially became Master Liang’s disciple and became Master Liang’s last disciple in the Mainland. Learning the five arts, admiration will make you higher, and drilling will make you stronger. It cannot be achieved in a lifetime! I will go all out to pass on the legacy that Master Liang bestowed upon me from generation to generation!

When we learned that Master Liang had passed away, we immediately rushed to Taiwan to see Master off on his last journey. Liang Han, the son of Master Liang, was well versed in religious philosophy and had unique insights, which inspired me a lot. We bid farewell to Master together and stood in front of Master's soul for a long time... Master's wife asked me to select many of Master's items as souvenirs. I also took Master's portrait back to Beijing and placed it in my study. This photo carries the remembrance and remembrance of so many people, and it also always inspires me to keep moving forward! When sorting out Master Liang's belongings, Liang Han said: "My father is a scholar. Is there anything more worthy of commemoration than his pen?" He gave me the pen that Master Liang used during his lifetime as a souvenir. Some time ago, my wife gave me Master Liang’s unfinished posthumous manuscript "Discussing Fate by Real Things" to me for editing and continuation. Only now did it suddenly occur to me: I brought Master's pen back from Taiwan and returned to Beijing to complete Master's manuscript. All this may only be explained by fate. Recalling the numerous works that Master Liang wrote throughout his life, he took his pen to remind himself at all times to pass down Master Liang’s learning in an orderly manner and carry it forward.

Master Liang has been working hard for half a year in order to promote the glory of the five arts. His academic achievements are difficult for future generations to surpass. For the inheritance of the five arts, I will do my best and work tirelessly. At the same time, we should always keep in mind Master Liang’s legacy: “Don’t dare to be the first in the world.”

Drink water and think of the source, the teacher’s kindness will be unforgettable!
