(1) 500 yuan solatium will be issued to those hospitalized without operation; (2) solatium of 1000-2000 yuan will be paid to those who are hospitalized and perform surgery; (3) A solatium of 2,000 yuan will be paid to those with serious malignant diseases; 3. Holiday condolences: Every year, national holidays are celebrated, and the standards of condolences are implemented according to the documents of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. 6. Birthday condolences: On-the-job employees' birthdays, cake worth 400 yuan or cake coupons with equivalent value will be distributed. 7. Employee retirement condolences: Employees who are about to retire will be given a souvenir with a value of 1000 after going through relevant retirement procedures.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulation on Temporary Acceptance and Transfer of Work of Grass-roots Trade Unions, the basic tasks of grass-roots trade unions are:
(five) to ensure the welfare of workers, to assist and urge the administrative authorities to run the collective welfare of workers. Carry out mutual aid activities for employees and do a good job in subsidizing employees' living difficulties. Do a good job in labor insurance and mass work on labor wages.
