1. If the application status is inquired, if there are invoices in application, click Application Management-Application Cancellation, and then reapply (two or five invoices cannot be applied at the same time);
2. If you choose express delivery when applying, and wait for more than 2 working days, you also need to go to the national tax to pick it up or cancel it and reapply;
3. If the invoice being applied for has obtained a paper invoice in the national tax and has been downloaded and used, it will be revoked;
4. If there is no claim record in the claim status query, it means that the enterprise has moved across regions, or reissued the replaced golden tax plate, which needs to be cancelled at the national tax window.
Measures for the Administration of Invoices of the People's Republic of China
Article 15
Units and individuals that need to receive and purchase invoices shall go through the formalities of receiving and purchasing invoices with the tax registration certificate, the identity certificate of the agent, and the impression of the special seal for invoices made according to the style specified by the competent tax authorities of the State Council. The competent tax authorities shall, according to the business scope and scale of the purchasing units and individuals, confirm the types, quantities and methods of purchasing invoices, and issue invoice purchasing books within 5 working days.
When receiving and purchasing invoices, units and individuals shall report the use of invoices in accordance with the provisions of the tax authorities, and the tax authorities shall conduct inspections in accordance with the provisions.
