(a) the business premises and storage facilities meet the national standards;

(two) the competent personnel and business personnel have received professional training and obtained post qualifications;

(3) Having a sound safety management system;

(four) other conditions that meet the requirements of laws, regulations and national standards.

The process is as follows:

I. Personnel training:

1) Registration forms for 4 people;

2) Copies of ID cards of four people and two 2-inch color photos of each person;

Remarks: Individual districts require that the person in charge and management personnel of the enterprise need to prepare 8 photos and one more registration form.

Second, the business unit:

1) A copy of the lease contract, title certificate and "Letter of Acceptance of Building Fire Protection" or "Notice of Shanghai Fire Protection Supervision and Inspection Opinion" (for police station only) of the place where the enterprise is registered;

2) Copy of the training certificate of the principal responsible person, safety management personnel and other employees of the unit and copy of the legal person's ID card or passport;

3) A copy of the business license and organization code certificate of the enterprise;

4) MSDS of products operated by the enterprise (inquire about product categories according to MSDS or directly inform the enterprise of product categories).

Remarks: The registered business address, real estate license (commercial or industrial land in nature) and fire inspection address of the bidding enterprise must correspond; Enterprises whose virtual registered address or registered business address, real estate license and fire inspection address do not correspond can set up branches to apply. Third, the storage unit:

1) A copy of the storage lease agreement signed between the operating company and the storage unit;

2) "Shanghai Hazardous Chemicals Storage Filing Certificate" issued by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Work Safety and obtained by the storage unit;

3) A copy of the hazardous chemicals storage record certificate of the storage unit;

4) Copy of the company business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate of the storage unit.

Four, transport units:

1) A copy of the transportation agreement signed between the operating company and the entrusted transportation unit;

2) A copy of the road transport license for hazardous chemicals of the transport unit;

3) A copy of the company business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate of the transportation unit;

4) A copy of the employment certificate of the employees of the transportation unit.
