According to the circular, the financial subsidies for residents' medical insurance contributions will continue to increase. In 2022, the per capita financial subsidy standard for residents' medical insurance will increase to 30 yuan, reaching 6 10 yuan/person-year. Municipal finance in accordance with the provisions of the central financial funds for all districts and counties (autonomous counties) to implement graded subsidies.

In order to adapt to the growth of medical expenses and the improvement of basic medical needs, and to protect the medical insurance rights and interests of the insured, the individual payment standard is steadily raised in accordance with national requirements. In 2023, the individual payment standards for residents' medical insurance in our city are 350 yuan/person-year and 725 yuan/person-year.

College students in Chongqing participated in residents' medical insurance during the school year from September 2022 to August 2023, and the personal payment standard was 695 yuan/person/year for the first grade 320 yuan and the second grade.

The centralized insurance period is from the date of issuance of documents to June 5438+February 3, 20221. Based on the financing of residents' medical insurance and the operation of urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance (hereinafter referred to as "serious illness insurance"), on the basis of ensuring that the existing financing level is not reduced, we will make overall consideration to determine the financing standard of serious illness insurance.

The "Notice" mentioned that it is necessary to consolidate the level of hospitalization treatment for residents' medical insurance and ensure that the proportion of fund payment within the scope of the policy is stable at around 70%. Consolidate the level of serious illness insurance, and adjust the deductible line of serious illness insurance from 1 to 1690 1 yuan/person/year in 2023. Serious illness insurance will continue to give priority to the poor, the low-income recipients and those returning to poverty.

Stabilize the general outpatient treatment of residents' medical insurance. In 2023, the first-class insured in 300 yuan and the second-class insured in 500 yuan will pay the residents' medical insurance payment limit. Continue to do a good job in ensuring medication for outpatients with hypertension and diabetes.

Improve the treatment level of special diseases in residents' medical insurance clinics, steadily expand the scope of diseases, and steadily promote the unification of special diseases in residents' medical insurance and employees' medical insurance clinics.

Adjust the time to enjoy medical insurance benefits for college graduates in Chongqing. Starting from 2023 1 October 1, the time to enjoy the medical insurance benefits for college graduates in that year was extended from 3 1 in August of that year to1in February of that year.

In accordance with the regulations, do a good job of new medical services into the city's medical insurance reimbursement work.

It is necessary to promote centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables in an all-round and multi-level manner. Promote the smooth implementation of the results of centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables at the national and provincial levels, do a good job in continuing the centralized procurement agreement after its expiration, and continue to expand the scope of centralized procurement. By the end of 2022, there will be no less than 350 kinds of centralized drugs at the national and provincial levels (or inter-provincial alliances) and more than 5 high-value medical consumables.
