The invoice issuer is set by the system operator.
Take the tax control disk (black disk) as an example. First, let’s take a look at the invoice issuer before setting it up.
The first step is to open the invoicing system and left-click System Maintenance at the top.
The second step, after clicking System Maintenance, go to the new page and left-click Operator Management.
The third step, after left-clicking the operator management, a window will pop up as follows:
The fourth step, under the operator management, left-clicking the small triangle next to the code 03.
The fifth step is to click on the small triangle and then left-click on the Add button above.
The sixth step, after clicking Add, a new blank line of code 04 will be added.
Step 7: Left-click the name column and fill in the name. Fill in the name of whose name you want to appear on the invoice. Here I fill in He Sanmei.
Step 8. After entering the name, left-click twice on the blank cell under the operation identity. At this time, a small triangle will appear on the right side of the blank cell.
Step 9: After the small triangle appears, select the biller.
In the tenth step, after selecting the invoicer, click twice on the blank cell under the interface style, and a small triangle will appear in the blank cell.
Step 11, click on the small triangle and select the traditional style from the drop-down menu.
Step 12, after selecting the interface style, left-click the save button on the upper right to save.
In step 13, after clicking Save, we return to the interface of step one.
Step 14, click on the icon with a portrait at the top of the page.
Step 15, after clicking on the portrait, a new page will pop up.
Step 16, in the new page, click the inverted triangle on the right side of the operator, a drop-down box will pop up, and the newly added He Sanmei option will appear.
Step 17, after selecting He Sanmei, click to log in.
Step 18. After clicking to log in, you will come to the invoicing interface and you will find that the invoice issuer has been changed to He Sanmei.
