Article 1 Young people in China who are over 14 years of age but under 28 years of age, recognize the articles of association of the Youth League, and are willing to join an organization of the Youth League and actively work in it, implement the resolutions of the Youth League and pay the tour fee on schedule, may apply to join the Youth League of China.
A member who has reached the age of 28 and has not held a post in the League should go through the formalities of leaving the League.
After joining the * * * production party, members still retain their league membership. If they have reached the age of 28 and have not held positions in the group, they will no longer retain their league membership.

Membership procedure
Young people who apply to join the League should have two members as referees.
The introducer should be responsible for explaining the league constitution to the introduced person, and explaining the thought, performance and experience of the introduced person to the organization of the league.
Young people who want to join the League should apply to the branch committee, fill in the volunteer form, and become league members only after discussion and approval by the branch general meeting and the superior committee. Young people who have been approved to join the league will obtain league membership from the date of adoption by the branch meeting.
New members must attend the admission ceremony and take the oath of membership under the league flag.
