If the invoice issued by the seller through the tax control system cannot be found in the tax digital account, it may be that the invoice issued by the drawer has not been uploaded. You can go to the electronic tax bureau-I want to pay taxes-tax digital account-invoice inspection module or the national VAT invoice inspection platform () for inspection. If the invoice can be found, it means that the drawer has uploaded it. If the invoice cannot be found, it is recommended to contact the seller to confirm the invoice status.
first step
First, query in the tax digital account-invoice query statistics-full invoice query module, select the full quantity, select the query type and invoice source item by item, enter the invoice date and end date, and click Query.
1. If the invoice description is not checked, there may be abnormal data, which needs to be handled by contacting the competent tax authorities.
2. If the invoice can be found, click "Invoice Details" to check the invoice verification status and confirm whether the invoice has been checked in a certain month.
Second step
If the inspected month is found according to the above operation, you can select statistical confirmation from Tax Digital Account-Invoice Inspection Confirmation-Deduction Type Inspection. If the checked month is the current period, you can click "Download Invoice Details" in the statistical confirmation to view it. If the checked month of the query is the previous historical period, click View Historical Confirmation Information to view the invoice details of the checked month and check whether there are any invoices to view.
