Where is the electronic signature of the invoice?
The electronic signature of electronic invoice is immaterial and needs software verification.

Electronic signature is not the signature we usually understand. It is not directly displayed on the ticket face, nor is it directly covered in the blank space at the lower right corner of the invoice like the special seal for invoices. It requires you to use software to open the verification or the world, and it is not directly displayed on the ticket.

As we all know, after receiving the invoice of OFD file, you can enter the national VAT invoice inspection platform in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, and download the "VAT electronic invoice format file reader" in the "related downloads" column for invoice inspection. You can also verify the signature together at this time.

Anti-counterfeiting principle of electronic invoice signature

Generally speaking, the electronic signature on electronic invoice adopts electronic signature technology. An electronic signature is not a digital image of a written signature. It is actually an electronic code, through which the recipient can easily verify the identity and signature of the sender on the Internet. It can also verify whether the original text of the file has changed during transmission.

Simply put, legal electronic signature = digital certificate+signed picture, and the core technology of electronic signature is digital certificate. Therefore, the anti-counterfeiting of electronic signature is equivalent to verifying the legitimacy of digital certificate.

If someone wants to send an important document to people in other places through the Internet, both the recipient and the sender need to apply for an electronic license from the licensing authority CA(GlobalSign). This forged secret certificate contains the applicant's public key on the Internet, that is, the "public computer password", which is used for document verification.

The sender encrypts the file with the public key of the receiver issued by CA, and signs the file with its own key. When the recipient receives the file, he first analyzes the signature with the sender's public key to prove that the file is indeed sent by the sender. Then use your own private key to decrypt the file and read it.

The encryption process is guaranteed to be irreversible by digital means, that is, only the private key can be used for decryption. If others want to crack it, it will take at least thousands of years according to the current level of computer technology. Therefore, in a sense, electronic documents signed by electronic signature are much safer than written documents signed and sealed.

In other words, electronic invoice records the transaction information of both parties with the help of digital authentication technology, which has many advantages, such as tampering, low cost, easy interaction and easy storage.

If it is found that the downloaded electronic invoice has no electronic seal, or the signature of the electronic invoice is a picture and cannot be verified, it can be considered that the received invoice is an invoice with security risks or a fake invoice.
