Article 1 In order to do a good job in the appointment and removal of personnel of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) People's Court and the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) People's Procuratorate, and combined with the specific conditions of our province. Article 2 When the provincial people's congress is not in session, if the governor is unable to hold his post for some reason, the provincial people's government shall elect one of the vice governors to act as an agent and report to the director of the Standing Committee of the provincial people's congress for decision. If a comrade who is not a deputy governor acts as deputy governor, the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee may propose a candidate for deputy governor, which shall be decided by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. Article 3 When the provincial people's congress is not in session, the Standing Committee of the provincial people's congress shall, on the proposal of the governor, decide on the individual appointment and removal of the vice governor. Article 7 The vice presidents, presidents, vice presidents and judges of the Provincial Higher People's Court shall be submitted by the Provincial Higher People's Court to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress for appointment and removal. The vice presidents, presidents, vice presidents and judges of regional intermediate people's courts shall be recommended by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and submitted to the Provincial Higher People's Court for appointment and removal. Article 8 Members of the Judicial Committee of the Provincial Higher People's Court shall be appointed and removed by the President of the Provincial Higher People's Court to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. Members of the Judicial Committee of the Intermediate People's Court of the Autonomous Region shall be proposed by the Intermediate People's Court of the Autonomous Region, and the president of the Provincial Higher People's Court shall submit them to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress for appointment and removal. Article 10 When the provincial people's congress is not in session, when the chief procurator of the provincial people's procuratorate is unable to hold his post for some reason, the provincial people's procuratorate shall elect one of the deputy chief procurators and submit it to the Standing Committee of the provincial people's congress for decision to act as the chief procurator. If a comrade who is not a deputy procurator-general serves as the procurator-general, the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee may propose a candidate for attorney-general, which shall be decided by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and the Provincial People's Procuratorate shall report to the procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) for the record.

When the provincial people's congress is not in session, when the chief procurator of the regional branch of the provincial people's procuratorate is unable to hold his post for some reason, the branch shall elect one of the deputy chief procurators and submit it to the chief procurator of the provincial people's procuratorate for submission to the Standing Committee of the provincial people's congress for decision as the acting chief procurator. If a comrade who is not a deputy procurator-general serves as the procurator-general, the procurator-general of the provincial people's procuratorate may propose a candidate for the procurator-general, which shall be decided by the Standing Committee of the provincial people's congress. Article 11 Deputy Procurator-General of the Provincial People's Procuratorate and members of the procuratorial committee shall be appointed and removed by the chief procurator of the Provincial People's Procuratorate to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and shall be submitted by the Provincial People's Procuratorate to the chief procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate for approval by the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC).

The chief procurator of the Provincial People's Procuratorate shall be submitted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress for appointment and removal by the chief procurator of the Provincial People's Procuratorate.
