Step 1: Visit Hunan Electronic Taxation Bureau and click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the webpage to enter the login interface. Enter the taxpayer account number and password in turn, and click "Complete Verification" to enter the operation interface.

Step 2: After successful login, a message prompt box will automatically pop up in the interface. You can select "Invoice Collection" in the "Common Functions" on the left side of the prompt box or enter this function module through the path "I want to pay tax-invoice use" on the main page.

Step 3: After entering the invoice collecting function module, click Add Information at the top right of the interface to enter the invoice collecting application form interface. Select the invoice category to be collected this time in the invoice category column, and select the invoice quantity to be collected this time in the received quantity column. The red number behind the "Received Quantity" column represents the maximum invoice quantity that can be collected this time.

Step 4 Case 1: If the applied invoice is an electronic invoice. Click "Next" and select "Submit" after confirming that the invoice receiving information is correct, and the tax bureau will complete the examination and approval. Taxpayers can know the handling situation through the "View Handling Progress" button. After completing the progress prompt, the online invoice application is completed.
