Six years ago, I stepped into the door of Fuyang rural power industry. At that time, there were mostly five or six desks in the office less than ten square meters, and there were large plastic rattan chairs, which seemed old and crowded. But I didn't feel the slightest loss and frustration. On the contrary, I have a strong sense of belonging. Here, it will be my other home; This will be another starting line for my life!

As a novice, I do some trivial things in the office, such as sending and receiving documents, newspapers and periodicals, and handling employee pension insurance. After work, I take an active part in various activities of the enterprise, such as fun sports meeting, speech contest, arrangement of collecting electricity fee for Spring Festival get-together, magic performance of women's day tea party on March 8, etc. It's interesting to think about it now. At that time, I was full of novelty and enthusiasm for any activities arranged by the organization.

Later, the three-zone power supply bureau became a three-zone power supply company, and the rural power network transformation was also carried out in a hurry for two or three years. I also grew from a trainee to a new army in the rural power industry, from a passionate and innocent girl to a steady and steady office worker. I have been a labor expert and missionary. In every post, I work and study in a down-to-earth manner. I have mastered the basic knowledge of news writing. I am proficient in the application of computer office automation. I get along well with my colleagues and get a lot of friendship and help.

On my 26th birthday, Fuyang Rural Power Company was formally established. This is a memorable day, and we have gained more colleagues, more friends and friendship at the same time. It's almost three years now, and three years of work and life is like a thick book, with more than 2000 pages turned over in a hurry. Since its establishment, the rural power company has been struggling to move forward, perhaps because of the great power of paddles. With the joint efforts of rural power workers, our enterprise has become more standardized and stronger, the lines have become more stable, the benefits have become better and better, the income has increased, the office building has become more spacious and bright, and the computers have become more and more advanced ... We have changed too much, and the rural electrician's old-age insurance has been solved. When I first started working, I deducted 13 yuan from the provident fund every month, and now it has grown to 149 yuan. I'm still doing the sending and receiving work today. Occasionally there will be some hesitation and confusion. Can my value only be reflected in this simple and repetitive work? I told my confusion to a leader. After listening to my story, she said earnestly, "It's yourself, positioning yourself as a pure receiver, and what you didn't do is different from others ..." A word awakened the dreamer, yes, I stopped moving forward, and I absorbed the nutrients delivered to me by the enterprise, but it didn't become the most fruitful fruit on the big tree of the enterprise. Every man is his own worst enemy. If he beats himself, he will have the whole blue sky. I am the owner of my enterprise, not as simple as talking about it. As the boss of an enterprise, if I do things unintentionally, look around and feel sorry for myself, how can the enterprise develop rapidly and how can I get more patronage!

There used to be such a fun animal race, which was a puppy race. Everyone must be wondering how the puppy can run forward obediently. There was a bone hanging in front. Each of us should also put a bone for ourselves, a spiritual bone! I am responsible for my life and career. Only by grasping yourself, cherishing your post and working hard can it be a good show.
