As an objective test, the newly added administrative law enforcement test paper still examines five major parts: common sense judgment, speech understanding and expression, quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, and data analysis, that is, the overall structure and test items of the test paper will be consistent with those of the provincial and municipal levels, but it may be different from them in specific questions, small test sites, and difficulty.
2. Application
It is a subjective question, with a full score of 100. Among them, comprehensive management positions and administrative law enforcement positions in municipal and below directly affiliated institutions mainly measure candidates' reading comprehension ability, ability to handle affairs according to law, public service ability and written expression ability.
Characteristics of administrative law enforcement posts
1, pure execution. There is only the right to enforce laws and regulations, not the right to interpret them, and there is no responsibility to study and formulate laws, regulations and policies. This is especially different from comprehensive management positions.
2. On-site enforcement. Direct supervision, punishment, coercion and inspection of specific management objects on site according to laws and regulations. Administrative law enforcement posts are mainly concentrated in public security, customs, taxation, industry and commerce, quality inspection, drug supervision, environmental protection and other government departments. At present, only grass-roots units exist in these government departments.
