1. First, bring your ID card, a copy and the contract signed with Party A to the tax bureau.

2. Secondly, when you get to the lobby, call a number for invoicing.

3. Finally, ask the staff for a "Declaration Form for Paying Taxes on behalf of VAT Invoice" and fill out this form yourself.
