Generally speaking, personnel girls who are generally engaged in HR work mainly do some routine work, and their work experience is not rich enough. Moreover, they are unprofessional and may become monks halfway, so they have a relatively shallow understanding of human resources work and insufficient experience. It is unfounded to say that their emotional intelligence is relatively high.

Personnel issues
