1954 Tongshi Normal College of Hainan Province In mid-February, the party committee and government of Hainan Li and Miao Autonomous Region decided to set up the preparatory committee for the normal school of the autonomous region. On March 15, Hainan Li and Miao Autonomous Region Primary Normal School was formally established in Tongshi Town to train teachers for ethnic minority areas. The talents, laboratories and related resources of Deep Sea Institute can be shared with Qiongyuan, and Qiongyuan is willing to send talents to teach in the school. Students from Qiongyuan are also welcome to practice, and teachers and students can participate in scientific research.
