second, the recruitment target and conditions

(1) the recruitment target

the open recruitment target is the graduates of the class of 28 and those who have not been employed before (except the graduate students). Under the age of 3 (born after December 31, 1978).

III. Time and place of registration

From 1: a.m. on February 1, 29 to 17: a.m. on February 3, 29, open recruitment registration was conducted within the normal time. The registration place is located in the Administrative Cadre School of the Municipal Personnel Bureau. Applicants are required to register within the specified time with their ID cards, originals and photocopies of graduation certificates and 6 recent two-inch bareheaded photos.

IV. Examinations

Examinations are divided into * * * subject examinations (written examinations) and interviews. Examination results of public subjects account for 6%, and interview results account for 4%.

(1) The examination of public subjects is generally divided into three categories:

The first category (A) is the teacher-training position in the educational system and institutions, and the examination content is pedagogy, educational psychology and related knowledge of education and teaching.

the second category (category b) is a health post in a health system institution, and the examination content is basic medical knowledge.

the third category (category c) is graduates from institutions other than health, culture and education, as well as non-health education majors required by health and education institutions, and the examination content is vocational ability test.

qualified applicants will get the admission ticket at the registration place at 9: am on February 6, 29, and take the written test organized by Cangzhou Personnel Bureau.

the examination time is from 9: am to 11: am on February 7, 29, with a time limit of 12 minutes, with a full score of 1. The examination results are published on Cangzhou Talent Network and Cangzhou Personnel Training Examination Network. After the written test, the Municipal Personnel Bureau will determine the basic score line according to the number of recruitment plans and test scores. Within the basic score line, according to the number of openly recruited staff, the interviewees are determined according to the ratio of 1: 2 from high score to low score.

(2) Interviews are conducted in schools, hospitals and other units. The school interview adopts the method of trial lecture; The hospital adopts structured interview method to test the basic quality, ability and professional knowledge; Other units adopt the structured interview method, and only test the basic quality and ability. Gymnastics scoring method is adopted for all kinds of interview scoring. The interview scores were announced on the spot. After the interview, the Municipal Personnel Bureau will determine the basic score line according to the recruitment plan and interview results. The interview time will be announced separately.

V. Physical examination

The Municipal Personnel Bureau and the competent department will determine the final score of each reference person according to the ratio of the written test results to the interview results, and then determine the medical examination personnel from high score to low score according to the number of places to be hired.

The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the competent department. Physical examination standards and items refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servants (Trial)". The expenses shall be paid by the personnel participating in the medical examination.

VI. Assessment

The Municipal Personnel Bureau and the competent department of the employing unit will assess the qualified personnel, and on this basis, determine the list of personnel to be employed by the unit. The unqualified personnel in the assessment shall be put forward by the employing unit, approved by the competent department, and reported to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for approval in turn.

VII. Publicity

The Municipal Personnel Bureau and the relevant competent departments will jointly publicize the candidates to the society for a week. Publicity in the Municipal Personnel Bureau, the competent department and the employer at the same time.

VIII. Relevant matters

(1) The documents (or information) held by the applicants should be true and valid. If any part of the open recruitment process finds that the applicants provide false information or do not meet the registration conditions, they will be disqualified immediately at their own risk.

(3) If the total scores of written test and interview (including extra points) are tied, the candidates to be hired shall be determined by the written test scores; If the written test scores are tied, the written test will be added to determine the personnel to be hired.

(4) according to the relevant regulations of the state, province and city, the written test scores of applicants who have completed the service of "Three Supports and One Support Plan" and "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West" will be increased by 5 points.
