A lesson: Recently, I followed the Financial Market Department to organize and study two cases about bank staff illegally acting as a customer and defrauding customers of money through financial custody on behalf of customers. These cases fully exposed the shortcomings in management, and I was deeply touched. Through the study, I deeply realized the importance of compliance management, the necessity of rules and regulations, and the seriousness of strictly observing rules and regulations.
At present, there are some hidden dangers in the marketing of bank wealth management products in China. As a bank employee, we should seriously organize study in our own posts, deeply understand the spirit of supervision, effectively improve our ideological position, and fully understand the importance and urgency of compliance management.
In recent years, in the operation of China's banking industry, due to the alternation of systems and imperfect mechanisms, it has objectively brought the soil for the breeding and spread of financial duty crimes, which has led to the occurrence of corruption, embezzlement, bribery, fraud and other duty crimes and major cases in the financial industry, seriously endangering financial and economic security. Especially in the current grim situation of case prevention in our bank, coupled with the fact that employees are busy with business development, lack of awareness and little understanding of rules and regulations, some loose ideas have emerged, which have led to violations of discipline and even embarked on the road of crime. Through this case education, I deeply realized that we must be familiar with the rules and regulations and abide by them to a certain extent, which is the loss of soil for illegal activities.
Second, we must strengthen constraints and further improve our self-prevention ability.
Pay attention to frequent links of cases. For customer information inquiry, incompatible positions and other links that are easy to cause cases in daily work, we will strictly follow the prescribed actions and resolutely do not violate the relevant institutional processes.

The second lesson is that through the study of the case, we can see that there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the internal control and risk management of banks, which also brings us a profound warning. As a bank employee, we must improve our awareness of honesty and self-discipline, take the case as a mirror, sound the alarm bell, build a strong ideological and moral defense line against corruption and change, resist the erosion of various decadent ideas, and remain invincible forever. Taking this opportunity, we will further strengthen the prevention and control of cases, promote the construction of anti-corruption work of our bank, and provide more powerful guarantee for the safe, stable and efficient operation of our work.
Banking is a high-risk industry. As a banker, we should always remember that risks are everywhere. Counting the economic cases in the financial system is related to ideological paralysis and illegal operation. Adhering to legal and compliant operation, improving the professional quality of employees, strengthening risk awareness, and reasonably avoiding and dissolving risks are the only choices for banks to remain invincible in the competition.

Through the special activities of warning education, I have strengthened my awareness of compliance practice and compliance management. Through in-depth study of real cases, I deeply realize that strict implementation of rules and regulations is the fundamental guarantee to prevent job-related crimes in the banking system. As a bank employee, we should fully understand the harmfulness of duty crime ideologically, conscientiously perform our duties, reduce operational risks and eliminate hidden dangers of cases. At the same time, it has higher requirements for improving their professional quality and the consciousness of implementing the system, which has played a great role in identifying and controlling various risks in business, actively standardizing operational behavior and eliminating potential risks.
The system is the lifeline of the bank, and everyone is equal before the system. Through this study, I deeply realized that as a bank employee, we should establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, and establish a professional ethics of being honest and doing things according to the rules.
Experience 3 According to the deployment of superior leaders, all the leaders of our town, the staff of various organs and village cadres went to Sihong County Commission for Discipline Inspection to focus on the warning activities of anti-corruption education for cadres in party member.
First of all, we read the case, analyzed the harm, and learned that some cadres took bribes for their own interests. Secondly, watch the warning education film activities. By focusing on watching warning education films and learning warning education materials for cases of violating discipline and law, we can learn from the case and take it as a warning, and consciously build an ideological defense line against corruption and change. He warned party member cadres with vivid cases that they should recognize the harmfulness of unhealthy trends, strengthen their faith, improve party spirit, and conscientiously take every step to fight corruption and promote honesty. We should do our job well in a down-to-earth manner and make due contributions to the harmonious development of economy and society.
The reason why these powerful and high-profile dignitaries degenerate into unhealthy elements, become prisoners or even go to the guillotine is precisely because they relax their transformation of the world outlook and regard the power entrusted by the party and the people as a tool for their own personal gain; Unable to withstand the temptation of money, their outlook on life, values and power are seriously distorted and eventually degenerate to the point of being hopeless; These unhealthy elements are lucky enough to violate the party discipline and state laws and indulge their behavior, which leads them to the road of no return in life.

Through this study, I have received a profound education in clean politics.
