How to strengthen the construction of grassroots party branches, reflect the times, grasp regularity, and be creative in their work is an important issue facing party workers that urgently needs to be thought, researched, and answered. To study and implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and in connection with the actual situation of Xingtai Heating Power Company, the author believes that the construction of grassroots party branches should be strengthened from the following four aspects. Focus on theoretical study and education to improve the ideological and political quality of party members. For party members, political firmness and practical progress often benefit from theoretical sobriety and firmness. Therefore, the company’s general party branch has always attached great importance to the party’s ideological education and insisted on strengthening ideological and political education as an important task of party building work. First, ensure the learning content, ensure the learning time, and ensure that all members participate. The general branch adopts the education methods of concentrated learning, individual self-study, large concentration and small decentralization, adheres to the study and attendance system, insists on original learning and repeated learning of key contents, and regards strengthening learning as a key link to improve ideological and political quality. Secondly, each party member is required to write experience notes and articles based on his or her own thoughts and work practices through study. Strengthen the construction of the leadership team and give full play to the core political role of the party organization. How well the party organization plays its political core role is directly related to the corporate leadership team. An excellent leadership group and a team with high prestige and strong capabilities are the prerequisite for an enterprise to maintain sustained and healthy development, and directly determine the direction of the enterprise. Therefore, on the basis of improving and perfecting the learning system, the general party branch ensures that the leadership team learns first and learns more deeply. No matter how many things there are and how busy the work is, the team insists on studying every Monday, so that the team's own capacity building is strengthened. In daily work, the company's leadership team takes the overall situation into consideration, endures hardships, makes selfless contributions, unites and cooperates, sets an example everywhere, and sets an example for other party members with their honest, pragmatic, entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial work style. Comprehensively implement standardized and institutionalized management and promote party organization building. System construction is the fundamental guarantee for the success of the establishment of grassroots party branches in enterprises. It is precisely in recognition of this that the general party branch attaches great importance to the party's institutional construction. In the past two years, based on actual conditions, it has successively formulated and modified the party member learning system, the party member contact mass system, the party member evaluation system, the party affairs disclosure system, the party branch rules of procedure, and the development 17 systems including the party member work system and 12 party style and clean government construction systems have institutionalized and standardized the party building work. A good management mechanism has been formed and a good internal control environment has been established to ensure the integrity, discipline and consciousness of party members and cadres. Focus on the overall development situation, establish a sense of innovation and enhance the attractiveness of organizational life. In view of the characteristics of centralized heating production, construction, operation and services, the general party branch strives to explore new ways for grassroots party branches to work under the new situation. Guide and motivate employees with a positive spiritual culture and ideology, carry out various meaningful activities, mobilize their enthusiasm, and make everyone more proactive in participating in general branch activities. In recent years, the general party branch has successively carried out the "Party Members Wearing Party Emblem Ceremony", "Red Journey", "Welcoming July 1st Business Knowledge Competition", "Thermal Staff Labor Skills Competition", "Enterprise as Home, I Love Our Factory" A number of distinctive and contemporary activities such as lectures and field development training have continuously enhanced the attractiveness of organizational life.
