According to the spirit of document 104, the legal retirement age in China refers to 60 years for men, 50 years for female employees and 55 years for female cadres and flexible employees. That is, 50 years old, 55 years old and 60 years old are the legal retirement ages of ordinary people in China. In line with these three statutory retirement ages, the minimum cumulative payment period of old-age insurance is 15 years. Judging from the relationship between age and length of service, there is no necessary connection between them, but if they are female employees, the connection between them is very close. Only female employees are over 50 years old and have worked for 30 years, that is, the cumulative payment period reaches 30 years, including deemed payment period and actual payment period.
