Matters such as the identification of difficult enterprises and the signing of deferred payment agreements shall be implemented with reference to the methods of deferred payment of basic old-age insurance, unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance premiums.

(3) Enterprises that failed to pay in full and on time in 20 1 9 and failed to pay in 20201February are not included in the scope of this phased reduction and exemption of deferred medical insurance premiums for employees.

Third, ensure the payment of insurance.
