The Xuzhuang Incubation R&D Base of Jiangsu Software Park is located in the east of Zijin Mountain, covering an area of 266 mu, with a total construction area of about172,000 square meters. It is divided into three areas: international R&D area, independent R&D area and public supporting service area. Xuzhuang Incubation R&D Base is positioned as a first-class incubation base for small and medium-sized software enterprises in China, an experimental base for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, a research and development center for well-known enterprises at home and abroad and a headquarters base. The built-up building area of the base is136,000 square meters.
Jishan industrial export base is located in the south of Jishan in Jiangning Development Zone, between the high-tech industrial belt in central Nanjing and the "Niushoushan-Zutangshan" ecological corridor. The planned area of the first phase of Jishan base is 6 square kilometers, and its function is positioned as an industrial base where large and medium-sized software enterprises gather and a software export base. Jishan Industrial Export Base has built 68,000 square meters of "Creation Center" project and 53,000 square meters of "Business Park" project, which greatly expanded the development space of Jiangning software industry.
In order to accelerate the development of Jiangsu software industry, Jiangsu Software Park has built a first-class service support system.
First, a domestic first-class technical service support system has been built. Jiangsu Virtual Software Park cooperates with Jiangsu Software Product Testing Center and Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center of Ministry of Information Industry, integrates the technical resources of software parks in Nanjing, Jiangsu, Wuxi and Changzhou, and makes full use of the resources of provincial service platforms to provide refined and professional services for software enterprises in the park. Xuzhuang Base opened a dedicated channel (4* 155M) for international communication (Internet) export, which provided a superior basic communication environment for the development of software and information service outsourcing enterprises.
The second is to carry out talent support services that are close to reality. Several centers have been established in Jiangsu Software Park, such as "Senior Manager Training Center", "Senior Software Engineer Training Center", "Jiangsu Linux Technology Training Center" and "Software Testing Training Center". Cooperate with 38 universities to build a Linux software talent training base. Cooperate with Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education to set up "Jiangsu Software Talent Training Base" in R&D Incubation Base. Cooperate with 10 universities such as Dongda Institute of Software to carry out software testing course education, and cooperate with Jiangsu He Run Science and Technology to hold "Xinrun International Software Engineer Training Course" to cultivate compound software outsourcing talents. European and American software outsourcing embedded LINUX software engineer training courses have been held for many years; Four types of Linux system network management have been opened. In terms of international cooperation, we have signed cooperation agreements with three British universities for pre-study abroad. A total of nearly 22,000 software talents have been trained.
The third is to build a distinctive financial service support system. Jiangsu Credit Guarantee Company was introduced into Jiangsu Software Park. In recent two years, Jiangsu He Run, Nanjing Daojitian, Huashe Technology, Netjet Software and other 16 companies were provided with guarantee services. Jiangsu Software Park cooperated with Jiangsu International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Jinzhi Venture Capital Co., Ltd. to set up a venture capital fund with a scale of 1 100 million-Nanjing Guo Xin Jinzhi Venture Capital Center (limited partnership). Completed the investment in Jiangsu Institute of Hormone, Zhejiang University Artificial Environment and other projects; In order to prepare alternative case sources for venture capital companies, a preliminary investigation was conducted on Nanjing Huashe, Weipu, Zhidakang and Tonghua Core Microelectronics. The successful construction and operation of the financial service platform has effectively solved the capital demand for enterprise development and supported the growth of a number of enterprises.
