Do contract workers have annual leave in the Labor Law?
The "Labor Law" clearly stipulates that the state implements the paid annual leave system, which is specifically stipulated in the Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees.

Legal analysis

Annual leave refers to paid continuous leave for employees who have worked for a certain number of years according to law. Annual leave includes basic annual leave and supplementary annual leave. The specific time is stipulated by the state according to different types of work and labor severity. Annual leave is a paid continuous vacation given by the state for a certain period of time every year according to the working years and the intensity of heavy work. Units shall, according to the specific conditions of production and work, and consider the wishes of employees themselves, make overall arrangements for employees' annual leave. Annual leave can be arranged centrally or in sections within 1 year, generally not across years; If it is really necessary for the unit to arrange annual leave for employees across years due to the characteristics of production work, it can be arranged across 1 year; If the unit really cannot arrange annual leave for its employees due to work needs, it may not arrange annual leave for employees with the consent of the employees themselves, but the unit shall pay 300% of the employees' daily wages for the number of days without annual leave. From the employee's point of view, the fast-paced city life has increased social competition and work pressure, and the tight strings of employees cannot be relaxed from time to time, which will inevitably lead to the decline of labor productivity and the difficulty in ensuring the quality of work. Paid annual leave gives employees a chance to relax, and the combination of work and rest will improve their satisfaction with work and life. Extending to enterprises, enterprises lack humanistic care and cannot win the sincere support of employees. It is difficult for employees to connect the future of the enterprise with their own interests, and the enthusiasm of employees is frustrated, making it difficult for the enterprise to develop and grow. Without solid human support, enterprises can not effectively establish their internal core value system, and it is easy to become strong and empty, and eventually tend to collapse.
