1. Log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau-Select Invoice Issuing-Special VAT Invoice Issuing to enter this module.

2. Enter the query page of special ticket issuance, and you can query the record and status of invoice issuance.

3. Click the Add button. If there is valid information about the type verification of special VAT invoices, you need to issue special VAT invoices yourself, and the system is not allowed to issue special VAT invoices on your behalf.

4. Enter the invoice application page, which brings out the basic information of taxpayers. Fill in the application data on the application page.

5. Invoice collection methods can be divided into door-to-door collection and mail collection. If you choose to pick it up by mail, you need to fill in the contact information of the recipient. After completing the application information, you can click Save, and you will be prompted. Click OK. Return to the application interface.
