Decision of the People's Government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Amending the "Measures for the Administration of Commercial Service Prices in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" (2016)

1. Article 20 is revised to read: "Government-guided prices and government-set operating service prices shall be subject to a price disclosure system." 2. Amend Article 21 to read: “Operators that provide business services at government-guided prices or government-priced prices shall, within 30 days after business operation, go to the price competent department of the government at the same level to perform publicity procedures.

< p>The government price department shall publish the price list of commercial services to the public.” 3. Amend Article 22 to read: “The price list of commercial services shall specify charging items, charging units, charging standards, charging basis, etc.

Operators shall conspicuously display The location shall publish the price catalog list of commercial services and publish the supervision and reporting hotline.” 4. Add one item to Article 24 as Item (1) of Article 24: “The price disclosure system has not been implemented.”

This decision shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.

The "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Commercial Service Price Management Measures" will be revised accordingly and re-announced in accordance with this decision.
