2 sales office opening conditions

3 implementation steps (1) make a plan
Accurate prevention and control of commercial housing sales is implemented. For the main urban areas such as Xuanwu, Qinhuai, Jianye and Gulou, which are densely populated and highly mobile, priority is given to epidemic prevention and control, and the sales offices are actively promoted in a safe and orderly manner.
For Qixia, Yuhuatai, Jiangning, Pukou, Lishui, Liuhe, Gaochun and Jiangbei New District, we will fully promote the opening of sales offices under the premise of safety and control.
Development enterprises need to make plans before the sales offices are opened to the outside world. The plans include the following contents:

Implement on-site epidemic prevention measures, measure the temperature of visitors, equip them with necessary masks, regularly disinfect the sales office, strengthen the overall natural ventilation and ventilation, and stop using the central air-conditioning ventilation system. If it is really necessary to use it, it must adopt a brand-new air way or be equipped with an air purification and disinfection device to maintain air circulation.
The model room shall be ventilated at least 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time.

Development enterprises need to strengthen the propaganda of epidemic prevention and control in the sales office, carry out on-the-job training for employees, and do a good job in employee management. Employees should take their body temperature before entering the case field every day, and they can only take up their posts if they meet the requirements; You must wear a mask when you are active in public areas.
Remind visitors in time, and report the abnormal situation to the district epidemic prevention and control command department as soon as possible.

Development enterprises shall reasonably control the number of visits to sales offices, and shall not hold gathering activities such as on-site promotion. During the epidemic period, on-site sales reception shall be provided with one-to-one service in independent areas.

The development enterprises that have been put on record by the district epidemic prevention and control command department shall set up an inspection team to carry out inspection on the contents of the plan one by one according to the requirements of the work plan, and ensure that the self-inspection is qualified.
(3) Procedures for applying for sales
The development enterprise should incorporate the commitment of opening the sales office into the sales plan, and go through the sales formalities with relevant materials such as the notice of resumption of work. The commitment of opening the sales office and the sales plan must be publicized at the sales site.

Full implementation of online registration, the implementation of differentiated time-sharing and batch opening of housing selection.
For projects where the contradiction between supply and demand is not prominent, development enterprises are encouraged to open the online selling mode under the principle of fairness, justice and openness.
For projects where the number of online applicants is less than the number of open houses, the online opening and house selection process will be implemented. The reservation system is adopted at the house selection site, and the number of customers present is controlled in batches, and real-name registration, temperature measurement, wearing masks and other matters are implemented.
(5) Strengthen inspection.
The district real estate department shall, jointly with the enterprise special group of the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters, strengthen the on-site inspection of the sales office, and order it to make rectification if it does not meet the requirements. Before the rectification measures are put in place, it is not allowed to organize the gathering activities of people such as house selection without authorization.
The real estate departments of all districts should strengthen the supervision of development enterprises in advance and afterwards, strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, and deduct the credit points of enterprises that have not formulated epidemic prevention measures and require inadequate implementation, and incorporate them into the credit records of development enterprises.
