According to the "Measures for the Implementation of Accounting Qualification Management in Tianjin" (Tianjin Finance [2005]10), the relevant issues concerning the registration of accounting qualification examination in our city in the first half of 2007 are hereby notified as follows:
First, the examination registration conditions
Personnel who meet the following basic conditions in our city (excluding military, armed police and railway system personnel) can sign up for the accounting qualification examination:
1. Abide by accounting and other financial laws and regulations;
2. Have good moral quality;
3. Have basic knowledge and skills in accounting.
Second, the examination subjects
Financial regulations and accounting professional ethics

Primary accounting computerization (or abacus level 5)
Among them: financial regulations, accounting professional ethics and accounting foundation are unified examination subjects in the city (hereinafter referred to as "unified examination subjects"), and they must pass the examination at the same time before they can obtain a qualified score sheet; Primary accounting computerization (or abacus level 5) needs to pass the daily examination organized by the financial department to obtain a certificate of qualification.
Third, the examination policy
(1) Exemption from test.
Persons who meet the following conditions can be exempted from the basic accounting and primary accounting computerization (or abacus level 5):
Persons who graduated after 1 month 1 day in 2005 and obtained the certificate of professional education (degree) in accounting above technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) recognized by the national education administrative department (accounting majors include accounting, computerized accounting, specialization of certified public accountants, auditing, financial management and financial management).
(2) Qualified score line of the unified examination subjects: the unified examination subjects are subject to a percentage system, and 60 is divided into qualified score lines.
(3) Examination method of unified examination subjects: the examination is conducted in the form of closed book and written examination. Four types of questions, namely, single choice questions, multiple choice questions, true or false questions and case analysis questions, must be filled with 2B pencil in the specified position on the answer sheet, and comprehensive questions must be answered in the specified position on the answer sheet with pen, signature pen or ballpoint pen.

V. Registration related matters
(1) Registration method: Fill in the registration information online, and take photos and confirm at the scene.
(2) Online registration time: 8/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month.
Candidates log on to Tianjin Accounting (www.tjkj.gov.cn) website, select "Examination Category" as "Accounting Qualification Examination" in the "Online Registration of Accounting Examination" column on the left side of the home page, enter the registration page of accounting qualification examination, and fill in, upload and print the registration form.
Candidates who do not have the online registration conditions can register, take photos and confirm online at the registration site.
(3) Registration confirmation time: 9/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month/month, 2007 (no rest on Saturday and Sunday).

Candidates who only sign up for the examination of financial regulations and accounting professional ethics must bring the original and photocopy of academic degree certificate and the original ID card to the registration confirmation point for taking photos, registration confirmation and payment procedures.

(IV) Examination fee for unified examination subjects: 25 yuan/Department according to documentNo. [2003] 105 of the Municipal Price Bureau.
(V) Examination Outline: The 2005 edition of Tianjin Accounting Qualification Examination Outline was revised again.
Six, foreign personnel in Tianjin can sign up for the accounting qualification examination in our city. After all the examination subjects are qualified, they must obtain the accounting qualification certificate with the certificate issued by the work unit or the household registration book (temporary residence permit).
