How do ordinary taxpayers go to the Inland Revenue Department to buy invoices?
Taxpayers need to submit information when they receive and purchase invoices for the first time:

1, Invoice Purchase Application Form in duplicate (with official seal);

2. Stamp of special invoice seal or special financial seal;

3. Copy of tax registration certificate and copy 1 copy;

4. ID card of the agent and its copy 1 copy;

5. Relevant qualification certificates;

6. Other materials required by the tax authorities.

When a taxpayer purchases a special VAT invoice for the first time, it shall submit the following materials in addition to the above 1 to 6 materials:

1, the original and photocopy of the general taxpayer qualification certificate;

2, has purchased anti-counterfeiting tax-controlled billing system equipment certification materials;

3, "anti-counterfeiting tax control machine enterprise invoice consumption audit table".
