I. According to the Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration
Chapter III Other Provisions
Article 49? The owner of a motor vehicle may, within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection period, apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration for the inspection conformity mark.
Before the application, the owner of a motor vehicle shall deal with the road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the vehicle. At the time of application, the motor vehicle owner shall fill in the application form and submit the driving license, compulsory insurance certificate for motor vehicle traffic accident liability, certificate of vehicle and vessel tax payment or exemption, and certificate of motor vehicle safety and technical inspection.
The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, confirm the motor vehicle, review the submitted certificates and vouchers, and issue inspection marks.
Article 50? ? Except for buses and school buses, if a motor vehicle cannot be inspected at the place of registration for some reason, the owner of the motor vehicle may apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration for entrusting the issuance of inspection marks. Before the application, the motor vehicle owner shall complete the handling of road traffic safety violations and motor vehicle traffic accidents. When applying, the motor vehicle registration certificate or driving license shall be submitted.
The vehicle management office shall issue a power of attorney to issue the inspection mark within one day from the date of acceptance.
After the motor vehicle passes the inspection at the inspection place, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply for the inspection mark at the place entrusted by the vehicle management office in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 49 of these Provisions, and submit the power of attorney for issuing the inspection mark. The entrusted vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, issue an inspection mark in accordance with the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 49 of these Provisions.
Where an operating truck has been engaged in road transport for a long time outside the registered place, the owner of the motor vehicle can directly carry out safety technical inspection at the operating place after filing and registering at the operating place of the vehicle management office for one year, and apply for the inspection conformity mark at the operating place of the vehicle management office.
Second, the annual inspection required information and process
(1) Annual inspection time
1, annual inspection of buses within 5 years of operation 1 time; More than 5 years, every 6 months 1 time;
2, trucks and large and medium-sized non-operating passenger cars 10 annual inspection 1 times; 10 years or more, every 6 months 1 time;
3. Small and micro non-operating buses for more than 6 years, 1 time per year; 15 years or more, every 6 months 1 time;
4. Motorcycles shall be inspected every 2 years within 4 years 1 time; More than 4 years, one year 1 time;
5. The special school bus shall conduct safety technical inspection once every six months from the date of registration, and the non-special school bus shall conduct safety technical inspection once every six months after obtaining the school bus sign;
6. Other motor vehicles are inspected every year 1 time.
(2) Annual inspection materials
1, the original Application Form for Motor Vehicle Number Plate (signed by the client of the bus unit and the private car himself);
2, motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate third original. If the original is lost, keep any other copies and affix the seal of the insurance company;
3, travel tax payment or exemption certificate copy;
4, the original certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection;
5. Original driver's license;
6, belongs to the entrusted issuance of motor vehicle inspection marks, should also provide the original "entrusted issuance of inspection marks notice";
7. If the agent is registered, the identity certificate of the agent and the original written power of attorney with legal effect issued by the owner of the motor vehicle shall also be provided.
(3) Annual inspection procedures
1. Go to the inspection line for motor vehicle inspection and pay the inspection fee;
