However, compared with the work plan at the beginning of the year, the overall progress of the two projects is relatively slow. The main reasons are: first, the state implements macro-control, and the company leaders deliberately slow down the progress from a strategic perspective; Second, during the relocation of high-voltage lines, due to the difficulty of relocation, there were many twists and turns in actual operation, which affected the overall promotion time of the project; Third, spend time repeatedly scrutinizing the product planning and product positioning of the project; Fourthly, due to the great difficulty and many difficulties, the submitted scheme has been approved by the scheme review several times.
Although the overall promotion time of the project lags behind, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages for the next operation of the project. First of all, the product and function positioning of the project is more accurate, and the improvement of the whole real estate situation in XX years will be more conducive to the construction and sales of the project. Secondly, through efforts, the construction scale of the project has been increased. The construction scale of Longtousi project has increased from 220,000 square meters to 330,000 square meters, with an increase of more than100,000 square meters, and the construction scale of Juxin Square has increased from180,000 square meters to about 2 10/00,000 square meters. The potential economic benefits are considerable. At the same time, the Longtousi project also saved land costs through coordinated utilization policies. The third is to basically clear the major obstacles in the early stage and lay a solid foundation for the next operation of the project.
(3) Enterprise management
In this year's work, we have carefully analyzed the problems existing in the administrative management, institutional setup, system construction and operation mechanism since the establishment of the company. After combing, aiming at the main problems analyzed, we took corrective measures in time. First of all, starting with straightening out the salary system of the Group, a competitive salary distribution scheme suitable for the company's development was introduced, and the management measures for employee performance appraisal were formulated and improved in time. At the same time, the management level of the company has been improved by modifying, supplementing and perfecting the company's existing management system, organizing all employees to concentrate on learning in time, further strengthening the management at work, and dealing with all kinds of violations of laws and regulations in strict accordance with the system.
Thanks to the joint efforts of all colleagues in the company, the Group won the title of "Top 50 Honest Real Estate Development Enterprises in xx Chongqing", won the title of "Top 50 Real Estate Development Enterprises in xx Chongqing" again with its strong comprehensive strength and good social benefits, and won the title of "Advanced Collective" in municipal and district statistical work. While objectively summing up our achievements and experiences, we also clearly realize that there are still many problems and deficiencies in our work, mainly the uneven quality level and business skills of employees, the weak sense of innovation of the team as a whole, and the inadequate implementation of various rules and regulations of enterprises.

Although in April, affected by the new real estate policy, the sales rhythm slowed down obviously and the turnover declined, especially in April-July, but in August, sales began to pick up and showed a gradual upward trend, and the average sales price remained stable and slightly increased. In XX years, macro-policies will continue to regulate the real estate market, and the government will also issue follow-up policies according to the regulation effect to promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market. But at the same time, we also clearly realize that the development of the market and the rationality of consumers have given birth to the arrival of the quality era. Only by taking "quality" as the core competitiveness can we become the real winners in the future market. In the face of fierce market competition, whether we can continue to maintain a strong development momentum in the new year, realize the company's leap-forward development and reach a new level will be a severe test for our work.
