(3) Skills Operation Test

Candidates applying for display design positions need to take the Photoshop and 3D software practical operation test, which is worth 100 points. The comprehensive scores of candidates for display design positions in the written test, skills operation test and interview are calculated at 30%, 40% and 30% respectively.

(4) Interview

1. According to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions: 1:3 (the two positions in the library are 1:5), applicants are determined to participate in the interview in order from high score to low score. Candidate.

2. The full interview score is 100 points, and the results will be announced on the spot.

3. Interview time and location: will be notified later. Those who fail to meet the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up.

The overall score of the candidates is calculated using a percentage system, with written test scores and interview scores each accounting for 50%. If the total scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will be given priority.

4. Physical examination and assessment The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Culture and Sports Bureau and is at your own expense. The physical examination standards shall be organized in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (time and location will be notified separately). Those who pass the physical examination will be assessed on their actual performance by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Culture and Sports Bureau. If there are those who fail the physical examination and assessment, candidates for the physical examination and assessment will be replaced in sequence based on the comprehensive test scores, and the candidates to be hired will be determined.

5. Public announcement and employment. Candidates who pass the written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment will be selected on the basis of merit. The written test scores, interview scores, skill operation scores, comprehensive scores, and candidates to be recruited are all announced through the Shiyan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website and Shiyan City Culture and Sports Information Network.
