According to the spirit of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center's Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Examination of Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination in 2023 (People's Testing Center Letter [2020]14), the advanced economic professional and technical qualification examination (hereinafter referred to as "advanced examination") has been organized by the whole country since 2023, and the first examination was held on September 12 this year. The technical qualification examinations for junior and intermediate economic majors (hereinafter referred to as the "junior and middle-level examinations") were held on 1 1 month 2 1 day and 22nd, and the examination forms were all electronic examinations (that is, computer examinations). In order to do a good job in the economic computer examination in our province in 2023, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the exam settings
There are three levels in the economic examination: elementary, intermediate and advanced, and each level has 10 professional categories such as business administration, agricultural economy, finance and taxation, finance, insurance, transportation economy, human resource management, tourism economy, construction and real estate economy, and intellectual property rights.
(1) Advanced examination.
The advanced examination consists of "Advanced Economic Practice" 1 subject, with the main questions and the combination of objective questions. Personnel must meet the national unified qualification standards before they can obtain the certificate of examination results, which is valid for 5 years nationwide from the date of passing the examination.
The examination duration of Advanced Economic Practice is 3 hours, and personnel can hand in their papers 1 hour in advance and leave the venue.
(2) junior high school level examination.
The elementary and intermediate exams are all set up with the public course "Basic Economic Knowledge" and the professional course "Professional Knowledge and Practice", and the questions are all objective questions. Since 2023, the examination results of junior and middle schools have been managed in a rolling way with a period of two years. Only after passing all subjects in two consecutive examination years can the personnel obtain the qualification certificate of the corresponding level.
The examination duration of each subject of junior middle school examination is 1.5 hours, and each subject can be handed in 15 minutes in advance.
Second, the registration matters
The examination registration is managed in a localized way, and applicants whose current place of work or household registration is in Hubei Province can register for the examination in Hubei Province.
(1) Registration requirements.
Anyone who meets the requirements stipulated in the Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Economic Professional and Technical Qualification and the Implementation Measures for Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Regulation [2020]1No.) can sign up for the examination at the corresponding level.
Since 2023, intellectual property professionals have participated in the economic series professional and technical qualification examination or title evaluation. Relevant titles in the field of intellectual property obtained in accordance with relevant regulations can be used as conditions for applying for the higher-level professional and technical qualification examination or evaluation of economic series intellectual property majors.
According to the regulations, those who have obtained intermediate professional and technical qualifications in accounting, statistics and auditing and meet the requirements of relevant academic qualifications and years can sign up for the senior economic professional and technical qualification examination. Obtain the qualification of tour guide, auctioneer, assistant real estate agent and primary professional qualification of banking professionals, which can correspond to the primary economic professional and technical qualification; Obtaining intermediate vocational qualifications of real estate appraisers, consulting engineers (investment), land registration agents, real estate brokers and banking professionals, which can correspond to intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications; Obtaining the professional qualifications of asset appraisers and tax agents can correspond to the primary or intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications according to the qualifications and years stipulated in the Basic Standard Conditions for Professional Title Evaluation of Economic Professionals, and can be used as a condition for signing up for the higher-level economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(2) Inform the commitment requirements.
The registration certificate of this exam is subject to the notification commitment system. Applicants promise that the information they fill in when applying for the exam is true, accurate, complete and effective, and bear the responsibility of false promises. The personnel examination department shall supervise after the event, and record the false promises in the integrity archives of professional and technical personnel qualification examination.
Applicants must carefully read the "Guidance Notes" and sign the "Notice of Registration for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination" (electronic text), and are not allowed to make commitments on their behalf.

Sixth, the examination fee standard

Seven, violation of discipline.
Strengthen management. For those who do not meet the conditions for applying for the examination, provide false certification materials for registration or obtain corresponding qualification certificates or performance certificates by other improper means, according to the relevant provisions of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.31of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), the certificate issuing agency will declare the certificate or performance certificate invalid, and record their violations in the integrity archives of the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel.
The examination will adopt the technology of "screening candidates who plagiarize and cheat in multiple-choice questions in large-scale examinations and monitoring the examination room". After the examination, the answer sheets will be detected and identified as identical. If it is found that there are violations of discipline and discipline in the registration and examination, it will be handled according to the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.31of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
