Interview arrangement
Notice of interview. On May 5, candidates participating in the interview downloaded and printed the "Interview Notice" from the Hebei Provincial Civil Service Examination Special Website.
Time of interview. Interviews across the province will be conducted in batches in an orderly manner, specifically:
The first batch: May 7, 8, and 9, candidates from provincial departments, the Provincial Department of Justice, and agencies at all levels in cities and Xiongan New District Candidates.
The second batch: May 14, 15, and 16, remaining candidates in each district and city.
The third batch: May 21, 22, and 23, remaining candidates in each district and city.
For batches with a large number of interview candidates, the interview time can be extended by one day.
The location of the interview. Please refer to the "Interview Notice" for details of the specific test sites, time and relevant requirements for the interview.
Group of interview candidates. Candidates applying for the same position are generally placed in the same group and in the same venue. For positions that cannot be divided into the same group and venue due to the large number of recruits, the "snake-shaped grouping method" will be adopted to divide the positions into two or more interview groups based on the order of the total written test scores, and the recruitment plan for the position will be reasonably balanced. They are assigned to each interview group. In the future, candidates' comprehensive examination scores will be sorted according to the interview groups after the "snake grouping", and the split recruitment plans will be used respectively.
Calculation of comprehensive examination scores. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score for the interview is 60 points. Candidates whose interview scores do not meet the passing score shall not be used as candidates for physical examination and inspection. The calculation formula for the candidate's comprehensive examination score is:
The candidate's comprehensive examination score = the total written examination score ÷ 2 × 40% + the interview score × 60%.
The comprehensive examination score shall be retained to 2 decimal places.
Confirm the list of candidates for the physical examination. Based on the recruitment plan and the candidates' comprehensive examination scores, the list of physical examination candidates will be determined at a ratio of no higher than 1:1 for each position. If there is a tie for the comprehensive scores of the last candidates within the proportion, the candidates who will enter the physical examination will be determined in the following order: Candidates from ethnic minorities who apply for ethnic autonomous county offices, veterans, children or spouses of martyrs, those with higher academic qualifications, those with longer grassroots work experience, those with disabilities Persons with disabilities who are qualified for the position and have higher scores on the Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test. If the above conditions are the same, they will all undergo physical examination and inspection, and the best candidates will be selected based on the results of physical examination and inspection.
Publish the list of candidates for physical examination and arrangements for physical examination. The first batch of candidates will be interviewed on May 11, the second batch of candidates will be interviewed on May 18, and the third batch of candidates will be interviewed on May 25. They will be recruited in the provincial departments, cities, and Xiongan New Area where they applied. Log in to the website to see if you have entered the physical examination.
