What are the registration requirements for tax agents?
People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, abide by laws and regulations and professional ethics, have full capacity for civil conduct, and meet one of the following conditions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, law and management, no work experience required;
2. Graduates from other professional disciplines need to have 1 year or above economic and legal related work experience;
3. College degree, graduated from economics, law and management disciplines, requiring more than 2 years of economic and legal related work experience;
4. Graduates from other professional disciplines of junior college should have at least 3 years of relevant economic and legal work experience.
Freshmen who have not yet obtained academic qualifications (degrees) in economics, law and management can apply for the exam.
