In order to continuously deepen the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving services", further optimize the business environment of our city, actively promote the work of "Internet plus real estate registration", and strive to provide efficient and convenient services for the masses. According to the notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China on jointly promoting "Internet plus real estate registration" and the notice of the Hebei Provincial Department of Natural Resources on printing and distributing the implementation plan for further improving the convenience of real estate registration, it is decided to start the electronic certificate of real estate registration in Tangshan City from 2002114, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Electronic certificate of real estate registration includes electronic certificate of real estate ownership and real estate registration certificate. The electronic certificate of real estate registration with electronic seal has the same legal effect as the paper certificate.

Second, since 2002114, the application for real estate registration has been made through the Hebei government service network or the real estate one-window acceptance system of Tangshan citizen service center at the same level, and it will be generated after examination, registration and payment of relevant fees. Real estate owners can view, verify and download the electronic license of real estate registration through the "Hebei Government Affairs Service Network" and the "Collection Office" APP. The obligee can also obtain a paper-based certificate of immovable property rights or a certificate of immovable property registration.

Three, for real estate registration related business need to return the paper certificate of real estate registration, shall be returned in accordance with the provisions.

Four, the items recorded in the electronic certificate of real estate registration are consistent with the real estate register. In case of any inconsistency, the real estate register shall prevail.
