Operating steps:

Step 1: Find the function menu.

Step 2: Open the tax process query.

Step 3: Enter the tax process for inquiry.

Message consultation

This function collects questions about the related functions of Chongqing Electronic Taxation Bureau.

Operation process: log in to the electronic tax bureau-interaction center-online interaction-message consultation.

Operating steps:

Step 1: Find the function menu.

Step 2: Open the message consultation.

Step 3: Open the message consultation function, and a new message window will pop up. Click the orange message consultation button to pop up the message content interface, upload the file and submit it.

Step 4: Click on My Message to view after the submission is successful.
