How many times has the tax return been corrected? Is there any risk?
1. Is there a limit to the number of corrections?

First of all, I want to tell you that there is no limit to the number of corrections. However, in order to make corrections within a certain period of time, generally speaking, the online declaration system only allows for the correction of successfully declared taxes. Taxpayers can only make a successful correction declaration once within the time allowed for the correction declaration (monthly report refers to the end of this month and quarterly report refers to the end of the next quarter).

The second is whether the correction declaration affects the tax credit.

The active correction of reporting errors will not affect the tax level. According to the tax rating regulations, the taxpayer's tax credit evaluation will not be affected in any of the following circumstances:

(1) Taxpayers fail to fulfill their tax payment obligations in time due to reasons of tax authorities or force majeure.

(2) Failure to pay or underpay taxes due to improper use of non-subjective and intentional calculation formulas and obvious clerical errors.

(three) other circumstances identified by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China that do not affect the tax credit evaluation.

Generally speaking, the taxpayer's credit rating will be affected by overdue tax declaration, unpaid taxes (fees), underpayment of taxes and non-compliance with invoice management.
