Determination of interviewers: After the written test results are announced, the recruiting unit will determine the interviewers in the order of high scores to low scores based on the total scores of candidates' written tests (those who miss one written test or score zero in one written test shall not be determined as interviewers). The provincial, municipal and state examination offices determine the interviewers in turn according to the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the number of interviewers 1∶3, from high to low, respectively.
Calculation of total score: after the interview, calculate the total score, that is = [total score of written test (total score of written test single subject) ÷ number of written test subjects ]×60%+ interview score × 40%. If there are decimals in the written test, interview and final grade, keep two decimals.
