Legal analysis: The business scope includes: accounting agency bookkeeping, financial and tax consultation, tax registration, tax declaration, attending tax-related meetings and tax inspection, and assisting in capital verification, auditing, property transfer, annual inspection of industry and commerce, consulting on company registration, purchasing invoices for enterprises, statistics on behalf of enterprises and online tax declaration.

Legal basis: Company Law of the People's Republic of China

Article 12 The business scope of a company shall be stipulated in the articles of association and registered according to law. A company may amend its articles of association and change its business scope, but it shall register the change.

Items within the company's business scope that are subject to approval according to laws and administrative regulations shall be approved according to law.

Article 25 The articles of association of a limited liability company shall specify the following items:

(1) Name and domicile of the company;

(2) The business scope of the company;

(3) The registered capital of the company;

(4) Names of shareholders;

(5) The mode, amount and time of contribution by shareholders;

(six) the company's organization and its methods of formation, powers and rules of procedure;

(7) The legal representative of the company;

(eight) other matters that need to be stipulated in the shareholders' meeting.

Shareholders shall sign and seal the Articles of Association.
