There are 2 points and 3 major projects in urban air environmental quality monitoring. Our station * * * released 52 issues of urban air environmental weekly report to the whole city, and obtained 44 results1/kloc-0. The surface water in the city is a provincial monitoring network, and the XX reservoir, a centralized drinking water source in the city, conducts routine monitoring every month, and * * * obtained 728 results/kloc-0. The whole routine monitoring work has achieved accurate fixed point, standardized operation, reliable data and timely reporting.

All working procedures of the whole station are controlled by the Management Manual, and the monitoring work is more standardized, institutionalized and standardized. Second, according to the guiding ideology of the reform of the employment system, in order to deepen the distribution principle of "more work and more pay, less work and less pay, no work and no pay" and improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff of this station, the station will study and formulate a quantitative assessment plan for monitoring work, so as to realize the linkage between workload and work difficulty and assessment quantification, and the work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the staff of this station will be significantly enhanced. The third is to establish a weekly rotation assessment system for the station team, focusing on assessment, assessment of departmental responsibilities and post responsibilities, monitoring of work quality assurance measures, implementation of rules and regulations, attendance and work discipline. Fourth, actively strive for funds for emergency monitoring instruments. Our station works according to the high standards of environmental monitoring quality control and quality assurance, and strengthens the control of password parallel samples in the analysis process. The third is to strengthen the sense of responsibility of sampling analysts. Further revise and improve the monitoring and assessment system, strengthen the management of technical data, files, instruments and equipment and reagents, ensure the accuracy and impartiality of the monitoring report, and cash it in the salary assessment. Fourth, take the supervision and inspection of measurement certification as the contract and opportunity to comprehensively check and rectify. Through on-site supervision and inspection, the inspection team believes that the laboratory management is standardized and meets the requirements of measurement certification, and individual projects need to be improved. According to the requirements of the on-site inspection team for metrological certification, our station puts forward a feasible rectification plan and reports it to XX Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision. The fourth is to comprehensively strengthen the construction of standardized laboratories. According to the requirements of "Construction Standard of Environmental Monitoring Station (Trial)" and "Measures for Acceptance of Standardization Construction of Environmental Monitoring Station", a scientific construction scheme has been formulated, and the problems that are not standard and need to be strengthened have been rectified through self-examination and acceptance integration, thus making the standardization construction of this station leap to a new level.

All the work of our station was basically completed in XX, but there were still some problems and deficiencies. Mainly: the lack, aging and backwardness of instruments and equipment often affect the normal monitoring service work, especially the response ability to sudden pollution accidents. At present, conventional monitoring instruments can no longer meet the requirements of quick, accurate and effective response to sudden accidents.
Targeted; Individual comrades in the monitoring station have a poor sense of responsibility, and several accidents have occurred; The overall level of monitoring and analysis is not high, and the professional level of some comrades needs to be improved; There are too many registered personnel in the monitoring station, and the deepening reform this year is not strong enough. There is an idea of waiting, watching and relying.
