202 1 Announcement on Examination and Employment of Civil Servants by Central Authorities and Their Directly Affiliated Institutions

According to the Civil Service Law, Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants and other laws and regulations, the National Civil Service Bureau will organize and implement the 20021annual examination for the central organs and their directly affiliated institutions to recruit civil servants at the first-level and below and other equivalent ranks. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the application conditions

(1) Having the nationality of the Chinese people;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between 1984 10 and 2002 10), and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) in 2002/kloc-0 can be relaxed to under 40 years old.

(3) to support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical condition and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the position;

(7) Having a college degree or above;

(eight) have other qualifications required by the central competent department of civil servants.

In addition to some special positions and professional positions, the central authorities and their directly affiliated institutions at the provincial level mainly recruit people who have been in grassroots work experience for more than 2 years. Institutions directly under the city (prefecture) level and below mainly recruit college graduates. Institutions directly under the city (prefecture) level (including units managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) set up plans of10%-15% to recruit college student village officials who have expired their service and passed the examination, the "three supports and one support" plan, the "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage" and the "plan for college students' voluntary service in the west" and other grassroots project personnel in the military. Institutions directly under the county (district) level and below located in hard and remote areas (including units managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) have taken measures such as lowering academic qualifications, relaxing professional conditions, not limiting working years and experience, and delineating written test scores separately, in accordance with the requirements of Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Examining and Recruiting Grassroots Civil Servants in Hard and Remote Areas, so as to appropriately lower the entry threshold and promote the work force to tilt to the grassroots front line and hard and remote areas.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicant must have the corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to his working experience in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations at or below the county level. The experience of working in military regiments and units below the regimental level, the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the military, and the experience of unemployed college graduates leaving school to participate in internships at college graduates' internship bases (which are grass-roots units) or to participate in project research in enterprises and institutions can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Those who apply for the central authorities and have worked in directly under the authority in the city (prefecture) can also be regarded as grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience's calculation time ends in 2020 10.

Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, serving civil servants and staff of organs (units) who refer to the management of the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for committing crimes, those who have been expelled from the Party membership of China * * *, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty in accordance with the law, those who have been found to have committed serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed from civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the situations listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after being hired, nor are they allowed to apply for positions in the employing units where people who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations and close in-laws are leading members.
