Participate in a tour group organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

4. Personal travel.

Approve the establishment of individual permanent residents to travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

(1) Apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, litigation, examination, handling industry, academic exchange, etc.

(2) Mainland residents studying and working in Macao apply for going to Hong Kong.
