1. Whether the taxpayer is an irregular household or is currently under investigation by the tax bureau, the above status should be lifted first.

2. Settlement of tax payable, late payment fees and fines, and cancellation of invoices, tax registration certificates and other tax documents.

3. After the tax clearance is completed, go to the original registration authority to handle cancellation with the "Tax Clearance Certificate", "Application Form for Cancellation of Tax Registration" issued by the tax authority, the original identity document of the person in charge and other relevant information.

4. If the tax authorities accept the application and meet the conditions for immediate settlement, the cancellation will be completed on the spot. If not, the cancellation will be completed within 20 working days and fed back to the taxpayer.
